Our Parent Company is Finance and Land Sales Ltd., a leading Finance house in Sri Lanka that was established 34 years ago. We are licensed, approved and monitored by the non bank division of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Our main line of business in financial services include Leasing, Hire Purchase, Pledge loans, Business and Property Loans. We are one of the few companies allowed to publicly advertise and accept Fixed Deposits in Sri Lanka.
 
     
 
We have also diversified into the Tourism and Leisure sectors where we manage many properties such as Hotels and Guest Houses in Colombo and in the resort areas. It is our wish to fill the need for non five star accommodations to accommodate those who wish to avoid a hotel atmosphere and prefer a more homely setting at an affordable price.
